Garlic!

Time to harvest our garlics in the garden!

 

And now...has anyone tried the fermented garlic?

If not, you must!!!

 

Put fresh garlic in a clean bottle, pour Soy sauce, and leave it for few days.

Don't pour too much Soy sauce since there will be expansion. 

 

Together with fresh Basil,

"Soy sauce garlic" will make the best Basil Chicken ever!! ;)
